Q: Can I install my own Phantom Screen ?

A: No, due to manufacturer warranty, and there commitment to high quality, one of Canadian Closet's certified installers must install any of our Phantom Screen products.

Q: How long does a consultation take ?

A: The time a consultation could take depends on the size and scope of your project but be assured we will spend as much time as it takes to make sure the design suits you.

Q: What do you charge for an in-home consultation?

A: There is a one hundred dollar fee of which fifty dollars is credited towards any purchase. There are additional fees for mileage where applicable.

 

Q: How do I measure my closet?

Q: What payment method do you accept?

A: We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, cash and cheque.

 

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes we offer payment plans, please come into our store to learn more.

Q: What do I need to bring to my consultation ?

A: Somethings that may be needed, but not limited to, are measurements, layouts, or blueprints. Any photos, or inspirational ideas you may have will help assist in your consultation.

Q: Do you do in-home consultations ?

A: Although we prefer our clients to come into our Showroom (free Consultation) to see the products in person as well as see the various displays and layouts, we do also offer in-home consultations if required.

Q: How accurate do I need to be when measuring my closet? 

A: While it is best to be accurate as possible, when in doubt round off to the nearest 1/4".

 

Q: Does Canadian Closet offer closet installation?

A: Yes, it is one of the many installation services we proveide here at Canadian Closet.

Q: Do you work with Home Builders?

A: Yes, we work with a great number of home builders throughout Central Alberta. Please contact us at anytime for a free quotation.

Q: What do I need to do to have my closet ready for installation?

A: To make the install go smoothly for you and our installers we please ask that you have everything removed from the closet (including: old shelving, furniture, etc.)

 

Q: If I want to have my old shelving removed by Canadian Closet, is this a service that you provide?

A: We strongly suggest that you find a handyman but if you are unable to, Canadian Closet may be able to remove the shelving for you. Please ask your sales consultant if you require this service.

 

Q: Do I get installation instructions with my closet package?

A: Yes, we have instructions here to see you are prepared to complete the job from start to finish.

 

Q: What if I need help even with the instructions?

A: We are happy to assist you either over the phone, or in-store. Also see the instructional videos.

 

Q: What if I need help installing my closet package?

A: We offer the option to have one of our installers take care of the installation for you.
